When you submit a booking request, we may collect your name, email address, Instagram username, booking location, preferred date, information about your tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, reference images and other information you provide in the booking form.
3. Why we process your information
Your information is processed in order to receive, review and respond to your tattoo booking request, communicate with you about the requested service and make arrangements before a tattoo appointment.
4. Services used to process data
Booking information and reference images are stored using Supabase. Email notifications about new booking requests are sent using Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the booking form from automated abuse. These service providers may process technical or personal data as necessary to provide their services.
5. How long information is kept
Booking requests that do not result in an ongoing client relationship are generally retained for up to 12 months. Information may be retained for longer where necessary to complete a booking, maintain business records or comply with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
